These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bleatr mobile application ("App") and its services, including subscription offerings. By downloading, installing, or using Bleatr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Bleatr Pro Subscriptions

Bleatr offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Bleatr Pro Monthly - Monthly subscription with automatic renewal

• Bleatr Pro Yearly - Annual subscription with automatic renewal

2.2 Pricing and Billing

• Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by location and currency

• Billing occurs automatically on your renewal date unless canceled

• All prices are in the currency applicable to your region

• Taxes and fees may apply and will be shown before purchase confirmation

2.3 Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize automatic renewal:

• Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period

• Your payment method will be charged automatically

• Renewal charges occur 24 hours before your subscription expiration date

• The subscription period will continue unless canceled

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before your renewal date. Cancellation through other methods will not disable auto-renewal.

iOS (Apple App Store):

1. Open Settings on your device

2. Tap your name and select "Subscriptions"

3. Select "Bleatr"

4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android (Google Play Store):

1. Open the Google Play Store app

2. Tap your Profile icon

3. Select "Manage subscriptions"

4. Choose "Bleatr"

5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

3.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds for subscription charges are handled by your app store (Apple or Google)

• We do not provide refunds directly; contact your app store for refund requests

• No refunds are issued for partial subscription months

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to any data you input into Bleatr (farm records, animal data, etc.). By using Bleatr, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use this data to provide the service.

4.2 Our Content

All App content, including software, design, text, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Bleatr or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of Bleatr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data handling practices.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLEATR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Business interruption or service downtime

• Errors in data or calculations

• Damages arising from unauthorized access or use

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Transmit malware or harmful code

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the App to harm animals or violate animal welfare laws

7.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are liable for all activity under your account.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or our website. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Non-payment of subscription fees

• Illegal or harmful activity

• Request by law enforcement

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
